ARMS! This is such an insane and amazing workout! It is about 8 mins, but trust me it is worth it! I definitely feel a difference. Do it everyday! It is incredible! At first, I was struggling to complete it, now I can feel my arms being stronger and more toned. It is awesome.

I agree. It feels kind of silly in the beginning, but you’ll definitely start to see a bit of a change if you do it every day.

So just two days of eating healthier and I already feel better.

Every now and then I want to eat all the chocolate in the world, but I guess that’s what comes with detoxing from all the crappy food I’ve been eating for the past couple of months.

It feels good to be on the right track again.
